Texturing walls and floors.
The final technique:
Used gesso to prime the surface, paying attention to the stroke direction. House paint evenly painted over top. Sponged on watered-down gesso and dark watercolor for texture around corners.

Catboy

Built a wire armature and made the face and skull attach with magnets. Sculpted with paper mache and Sculpey. Painted with acrylics and gesso. Set design included poly-fil, colored gels, foil, and small stones. Shot on a multiplane.

Moonface​

Built foil base covered with Sculpey. Painted with acrylics. Covered eyes with resin. Glued in false teeth. Set designed with poly-fil and a 3D printed color-changing moon lamp.​
Smiling Man​
Sculpted entirely out of masking tape and placed in a glass jar.​
Mask
Paper mache applied over a balloon. Face detailed with paper clay. Painted with gesso.
